Part One was only the beginning…but the most important beginning. The key to de-rotating and re-strengthening the imbalances that have developed because of or into your twisted pelvis begin with what we did, but now we have to focus more distally reaching from the pelvis into the extremities. It doesn’t matter where you are in your Pilates practice, this workshop is for anyone who wants to understand how to access your deepest Abdominals.
In 90 minutes, we will focus on our Mulabahnda (pelvic floor) and uddiyanabahanda (navel in and up). My goal is to help you find your center through Pilates exercises, using some information from my experience as a Yoga teacher to help you truly understand how to access the deep layer of abdominals. Finally the flat abs you’ve dreamt of.

Focusing on the right details in an exercise can dramatically change a body. This workshop will review the Intermediate Reformer exercises in explicit detail to make sure you are getting the most from your students. Students will learn variations of exercises and learn to accentuate particular parts of an exercise in order to change particular body types.
