Welcome to my Real Life Pilates audio series.
These introductory workouts are the basis of a comprehensive exercise regimen which includes resistance training, Pilates and Walking routines.
Follow these basic programs for the first few weeks before moving on.
You will learn all about your “Core” which is the basis of Pilates. You will also learn some foundational moves which you will carry throughout this entire series and which will train you to work from your core muscles for all the subsequent programs.
