Pursuing dance, Keren moved to NYC to attend The Martha Graham School. Her passion for movement, combined with an old hip injury, brought her to Pilates. She completed a Pilates teacher training program in 2008 through Power Pilates in NYC under the guidance of Bob Likenes. She is a true believer of the method and continues to practice it every day.Keren’s life purpose is to help people reach their goals by bringing awareness into their lives. As a health coach, she helps make people aware of their life habits and aids with making changes to improve their lives in a balanced way. As a Pilates and yoga instructor, She helps people connect to their bodies and challenges them to find their edge.
Keren is also the Pilates Promise Program director.
