Our Get Ready, Get Real!- Intro Class is mandatory for ALL new group class clients.
If you believe you are exempt - please fill out this form!

Group Classes are not appropriate for expecting mothers. 
Prenatal clients are encouraged to schedule Private or Duet Sessions throughout their pregnancy. 

All appointments are subject to a 12 hour cancelation policy. All bookings must be canceled via Text (929) 481- 3441 or online thru your Real Pilates Account.

Full coverage grip socks are mandatory for all sessions and classes at Real Pilates.

Please Go Scent-Free We kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions when visiting the studio.

Real Pilates strictly prohibits clients from recording their classes in any form, including but not limited to video and audio recordings.

Booking is open daily between 7 am - 8 pm.
